Complete apartment hallway repainting
Property management companies know they need to partner with a contractor with great communication skills if they want their painting project done correctly, and that’s what this client got with Painters Inc.
This extensive, five-week project included painting hallways in a five-story, 80-apartment complex. Prior to painting, our crew had to remove wallpaper and ensure all surfaces were clear of wallpaper, residual glue and that all scrapes and imperfections were repaired before the paint could be applied. Attention to detail is crucial in extensive projects like this where wallpaper removal is involved, as the many, many areas that need leveling require time to dry and sanding. Furthermore, great care needs to be taken in controlling dust and protecting carpets and light fixtures.

Respecting the jobsite is highly important, particularly when working in residences, whether it’s a large apartment complex or a single-family home. For this HOA, we were careful to protect the hallway carpets throughout the project, dropping plastic and taping it down.
