Planning is critical in large exterior painting projects, as the weather has to be right and the proper paints need to be applied for a quality finish that will last a long time. This Carol Stream 45,000 square foot warehouse painting job was completed in two weeks, meeting our client’s expectations. The project involved painting walls, bollards and doors.
By using the right equipment, we were able to reach the high portions of the wall, safely, but with efficiency. Furthermore, to ensure a quality finish, we chose two professional paints from Sherwin-Williams. ConFlex Sherlastic Elastomeric Coating offers excellent protection on surfaces prone to wind-driven rains and harsh weather. We also used UltraCrete Solvent Borne Coating, which is a non-reflective coating that hides surface imperfections.
