Exterior painting for warehouse building
When an Elk Grove Village warehouse owner required exterior repainting services, they knew where to reach out first. Painters Inc. has extensive experience painting interiors and exteriors of warehouses throughout Chicagoland.
Our client was eager to transform the exterior of the warehouse, which was covered in splotchy, unattractive green-tinted paint that had been well weathered. The job included painting brick walls, stone arches and lintels. The direction from the client was to give the exterior a more modern look, which we achieved using gray Sherwin Williams Loxon primer and Duration exterior paint.

Warehouses are generally larger exterior projects, but Painters Inc. was able to complete this job in four days. And while the paint we chose gave teh building a more modern look, the paint was also a good choice because it added extra protection to the brick, which is in an area that takes a lot of wind abuse.
