We completely re-caulked the vertical joints between precast concrete wall panels and precision painted the entire exterior, including a red accent stripe between light and dark-colored Sherwin-Williams exterior SuperPaint. One wall was difficult to access, so the crew did the entire portion on ladders, which pushed the estimated two- to three-week completion time to the full three weeks.
